Can I use the data commercially?
CrawlFeeds sells datasets under a commercial use licence, meaning you may use the structured data we deliver in your products, services, internal tools, and AI/ML models under the terms of that licence.
How the data is produced: We collect publicly accessible information from websites using automated crawlers — the same information any person could view in a browser. We then clean, structure, and type it into ready-to-use datasets. The licence we grant covers your use of that structured output.
Important note: We do not obtain explicit permission from source websites before collecting their publicly accessible pages. This is standard practice in the data industry and has been upheld in significant legal rulings (e.g. hiQ Labs v. LinkedIn, US 9th Circuit). However, the legal landscape around scraping and data resale varies by jurisdiction, data type, and intended use.
We recommend: If your use case is in a regulated industry, involves personal data, or operates in a jurisdiction with strict data protection laws, consult your own legal counsel before deploying the data in production. We provide the data and the commercial licence — legal clearance for your specific application is your responsibility.
How fresh is the data?
Most catalogue datasets are updated quarterly. Specific refresh dates are shown on each dataset page. Custom scraping jobs can be scheduled for daily or weekly delivery.
Can I request a sample before buying?
Yes. Free 100-row CSV samples are available for most datasets. Click Download Sample on any dataset page. For BeautyFeeds and ImageHub, email the team and a sample will be sent within 1 business day.
What if the data quality is not as described?
Contact support within 7 days of purchase and describe the issue. We will either fix the data or issue a full refund.
Do you offer subscriptions?

Can I share the data with my team?
Team accounts are available on the Pro and Enterprise plans, allowing multiple users to access the same datasets. Contact support to add team members.
Is my data stored securely?
Yes. All data is stored on encrypted servers. Payment details are processed by Stripe and never stored by CrawlFeeds.
