3. Initial Invoice & Sample Data

Once the pricing is approved, we generate an initial invoice for the project. Upon receiving payment, our team prepares a sample dataset to help validate scope and expectations.

What the Sample Includes:

• A portion of the requested data (e.g., 10–20 records per site)


• The same format and structure that the full delivery will use


• Notes about any limitations or suggestions based on live results

Sample Delivery Timeline:

• Delivered within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation


• Shared via Google Drive or directly on the Crawl Feeds platform

Client Review & Approval:

• You'll have a chance to review the sample and request any adjustments


• Approval of the sample is required before moving to full-scale extraction


• Once pricing is agreed upon, we issue an initial invoice.


• After payment, you will receive a sample dataset within 24–48 hours.
