How to view and download invoices, update payment methods, and manage your CrawlFeeds subscription.
Viewing Invoices
All invoices are available under Account → Billing. Each invoice shows:
- Date of purchase
- Dataset or plan purchased
- Amount charged
- Payment status
Click Download PDF on any invoice to save a copy for your records.
Updating Payment Details
- Go to Account → Billing → Payment Method.
- Click Update Card.
- Enter your new card details (processed securely via Stripe — CrawlFeeds never stores raw card numbers).
Cancelling a Subscription
- Go to Account → Billing → Subscription.
- Click Cancel Subscription.
- Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
